Top Salaries - We offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience. Our therapists earn some of the highest hourly wages in the industry. Overtime is paid for any hours worked over 8 hours in one workday.

Group Medical Insurance - We provide you with two plan options to choose from, providing you with more flexibility and choice. California Medical Staffing covers 80% of the employee's premium for the Standard Health Plan. Employees have the option to upgrade their health coverage to the Choice Health Plan.

Group Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability and Long-term Disability Insurance We pay for 100% of your Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability and Long-term Disability insurance premiums.

401 (k) Plan - All employees are eligible to enroll in our tax-sheltered 401(k) after 3 months of employment. NEW - California Medical Staffing is currently implementing a superior 401(k) plan with employer matching! The new plan will contain better investment options, shorter waiting periods, additional support via website, improved financial planning from our broker and employer matching.

Professional Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance - California Medical Staffing employees are covered 100% under our professional liability and workers' compensation comprehensive insurance policies.

Reimbursement for Continuing Education and Professional Association Dues - We are committed to helping you expand your knowledge and expertise. With that goal in mind we will, after 90 days of employment, reimburse you for continuing education and professional association dues.

Licensure Reimbursement - California Medical Staffing will assist you in obtaining licensure for the state of California. We will also reimburse you for the cost of the license!

Credentialing Reimbursement - California Medical Staffing will pay for or reimburse you for your credentialing costs including; Hepatitis B, TB, CPR, Drug Test and Background Check.

Referral Bonus - Make as many referrals as you like. You will receive a referral bonus for referring new therapists or client facilities.

Housing - The rent is on us! We pay all of our traveling therapists a housing allowance or per diem allowance. We also provide assistance in setting up all of your housing needs. Our staff will even help with your relocation.

Paid Vacation - You will receive paid vacation after you have been with California Medical Staffing for a predetermined period of time.

Travel Allowance - Depending on your assignment location, you may receive compensation for your travel time, a mileage allowance or a weekly travel allowance.

Visas/Immigration - California Medical Staffing also offers H-1B Visa's to therapists who qualify. Assistance in the H1B process and reimbursements on the costs are included.

24 Hour Complete Support - Staffing Coordinators are on-call 24/7 should you need help at anytime of the day, any day of the week. We are here for you!

Direct Deposit - All employees are eligible to enroll in direct deposit at no charge! Direct deposit into your account takes the worry out of waiting. Detailed statements of your paycheck will be mailed to you.

Perfect Attendance Appreciation - Each month, all full-time employees, who have worked a full 40 hour week for the entire month, will be entered into a drawing for a perfect attendance award for that month. Cafeteria Plan with Flexible Spending Options - Enroll for tax savings! California Medical Staffing is putting into action its new Cafeteria Plan with Flexible Spending Options. This will allow you to pay for your medical premiums, additional medical expenses and child and dependent care costs with pre-tax dollars. This will reduce your gross income, therefore reducing your taxes and providing you with more spendable income!
